We are proud to be an Institute of Sales Management (ISM) Endorsed Centre, which means that we offer full Accreditation and Certification across all levels of our Sales and Customer Service courses, as well as designing and delivering award winning talent development programmes. We are also certified to deliver programmes to the Builders Merchants Federation (BMF) and an accredited Clairty4D Business Partner

I'm Sue Reed...
...and my passion for developing individuals drives me to design new and engaging programmes that people really enjoy doing, whilst discovering skills and abilities they never knew they had.
A mix of my background in B2B training and HR experience and my overall learning philosophy makes me different to other training providers.
I am a Clarity4D practitioner, a BESMA award winner, a Fellow of the Institute of Sales Management as well as a Service Member of the BMF. You can read my full bio by clicking here.
