Unleash Your Business Potential Wins Sales Consultancy Firm of the Year Award

Unleash Your Business Potential (UYBP), the sales, leadership and management training consultancy founded by Sue Reed, has been named Sales Consultancy Firm of the Year at the Central England Prestige Awards 2025/26.

The Prestige Awards recognise small and medium-sized businesses that have demonstrated outstanding performance over the past 12 months, with winners selected by an independent judging panel on the basis of service excellence, quality, innovation, and consistency of delivery.

UYBP delivers accredited sales, leadership and management training programmes designed to improve sales performance, strengthen leadership capability, and deliver measurable return on investment for businesses across Central England. Recent client results from a Commercial Fast Track programme included a £362K sales target achievement, 45% growth with an overall £228K increase, and a 559% increase in sales with one customer account. The consultancy is endorsed by the Institute of Sales Management Education (ISME) and underpinned by Clarity4D accreditation.
